Grace Line Ministry was founded in 2001 by Fred Chay, Th.M., D.Min., Ph.D. for the purpose of motivating Christians toward spiritual maturity. Fred is Professor of Theology and Dean of the Doctoral Studies program at Grace School of Theology. He is also the Managing Editor of Grace Theology Press. Before joining Grace School of Theology he was a professor and Director of the Doctor of Ministry program at Phoenix Seminary for 21 years.
